Shrimp Caesar Salad
I've been attempting to cook more lately... but I don't like to cook unless it's going to taste AWESOME. So, I've been rotating a few items that I know are great and slowly adding to the repertoire. This includes Pistachio Chicken, Shredded Pork Tacos, Strawberry Spinach Salad with Fried Goat Cheese, BeckyLozier's Fajitas, etc. I will share these recipes on here soon. :)
Last night and tonight... The Other Pam Anderson's Caesar Salad (via The Pioneer Woman) with Grilled Shrimp. A few notes:
- For the Shrimp... I marinated the Large Shrimp (Daniel says I should've gotten Jumbo... oops) in olive oil, soy sauce, worcestershire (yes, I had to copy/paste that) sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper and Daniel grilled them. We ate them hot last night and I had the leftovers cold tonight. NOTE: Do not let your husband peel the shrimp unless you want to deplete the supply by 1/3 before dinner even starts.
- Last night, I did the full blending of the olive oil and garlic, tonight I was just making it for myself so I just whisked the olive oil and minced garlic awhile.
- I did chop up the lettuce and added spinach when we both were eating it for a few more "greens" benefits! I also thought it might be tasty to add a roasted red bell pepper. <-- See technique here... Also, trying this recipe soon!
- Neither night did I have the fantastic crusty bread so I used a leftover Grand's Reduced Fat Wheat Biscuit... CLASSY!!!
p.s. I think Charlie is judging my biscuit substitution. Hater.

That shrimp did NOT have me at hello but thankfully, I scrolled down and saw Charlie. LOVE him.
I was going to say the exact same as Tiffany... NOT a shrimp gal, but I'm a big fan of that pic of Charlie. Great lighting and angle! He's so stinking cute.
This is a PRECIOUS "Charlie face"!!!! He is so, so beautiful!!
Also, I LOVE your slippers in the reflection of Charlie's gorgeous mirrored changing table/dresser! :-)
